A: The test is administered orally using a swab to the mouth and reaching all four corners to get saliva. You will fill out a COVID TESTING REQUEST FORM, authorizing Alcala Labs to conduct the test.

A: The test is conducted quickly in less than five minutes.
Q: When will I know the results of the test?
A: It takes 1 - 2 days to get the results.
Q: How will I be notified of my test results?
A: The information will be sent via email based on the information you provide on the COVID TESTING REQUEST FORM.
Q: What if my test is Positive?
A: See your health care practitioner as soon as possible.
Q: How often should I get tested?
A: This depends on various factors, such as history with COVID what your employer requires if you travel frequently, or tend to be in large groups, etc. We recommend once a month testing.
Q: Do I need to bring anything with me to the testing location?
A: We will supply all materials needed for testing.
Q: Is there a cost?
